• The Gasifier systems designed by Ankur Scientific are suitable for wide range of thermal heat applications thereby replacing and saving of the very expensive fossil fuels like furnace oil, diesel, LPG or could be used for power generation, either only based on its gas or replacing diesel to the tune of 70% in diesel gensets, used in industries as an alternate source of power.
• The Company started with offering small rating systems of 4-5 kWe, mainly for stand alone and rural electrification. The systems were so designed that it could use is different types of biomass available in the rural areas and the technology has been so developed that it is very easy to operate even by the local villagers in rural areas.
• Today it offers wide range of gasifiers ranging in size from as small as 5 kgs to 2000 kgs. It thus ideal for Rural electrification on one side and decentralised and distributed generation of 1 to 2-Mwe on the other, which are the needs of any developing Country. The Company is now also supplying its Equipments for 1, 2, 5 and higher MWe rating power plants as well and being supplied to developed nations.
• The Company provides biomass power generating systems, which generate power which is cheap and green.
• Gasifier equipments are offered for Thermal Heat applications to replace fossil fuels like Furnace oil, Diesel, LPG, thereby saving in the expensive fossil fuels and from its hazards. Gasifier systems are also supplied to replace about 70% diesel in the diesel gensets being used by industries as a source of alternate power generation. In both these applications, there is huge savings for Customers in particular and the nation and the world in general.
• The Endeavour of the Company is to develop technologies / equipments which has very low captive power requirements thereby resulting in power / energy saving.
• The Gasifiers have been so designed and developed that it can handle different types of wastes such as cotton stalks, tur stalks, sugarcane trash (duly briquetted) etc. which are otherwise being burnt in open fields thereby polluting the environment.
